HOW DO I ORDER A SIGN?
1. Let us know the size and preferred colours, wording and font of your sign / sticker.
2. Review the proof that we prepare for you.
3. Pay a deposit by cash, cheque or card (we accept payments over the phone).
4. Please allow 1-5 working days to complete your order. Exact leading time will be given to you when you contact us, as it varies depending on the type of sign.
CAN YOU REPRODUCE OUR COMPANY LOGO?
Yes. Ideally, you should provide it to us in digital format (.jpg, .eps, .ai). However, if you only have a printed copy, don’t worry, we can redraw it. We may have to charge additionally, though.
DO YOU DESIGN LOGOS?
Yes, we do. Our in-house graphic designer will make sure that your logo is exactly what you need.
ARE THERE ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR DESIGN OF THE SIGN LAYOUT?
All layout design charges are included in the sign price.
HOW DO I PREPARE MY VEHICLE FOR APPLICATION OF SIGNS?
Just have it washed, and we will do the rest.
DO I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR FITTING?
Usually, yes. Call-out and fitting charges depend on where your business is located. If the signage is high up, you may also have to pay for the hoist hire.
DO YOU DO BUSINESS CARDS?
Unfortunately, not. We have two printer shops right next to us, so please contact them directly.
DO YOU CUT KEYS?
Not anymore. We still sell key tags, though.
